Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Growth Camel (“we”, “us”), operated by Meta Ventures Private Limited, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Growth Camel you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Creative assets you provide: a voice sample and a photo of yourself, used to generate audio and talking-head video for you.
• Content you generate: transcripts, rewritten scripts, audio, and video produced through the Service.
• Research inputs: the public competitor handles you enter and the public post data we retrieve to analyze what performs.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
• Usage & technical data: basic logs, device/browser information, and cookies needed to run the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide and operate the Service (including generating your scripts, voice, and video), to authenticate you, to process payments, to communicate with you about your account, to prevent abuse, and to maintain and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service. These currently include:

• MongoDB Atlas — database (accounts, runs, settings).
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for generated audio and video.
• ElevenLabs — voice cloning and speech synthesis.
• HeyGen — talking-head video generation.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — transcription and script rewriting.
• Instagram data provider — retrieving public competitor post metrics.
• Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. waitlist confirmations).
• Railway — application hosting.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments. This list may change as the Service evolves.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and (for the waitlist) a short-lived referral cookie. We store your theme preference locally in your browser. We don’t use these for advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hi@growthcamel.xyz and we’ll respond within the time required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
