Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Growth Camel (the “Service”), operated by Meta Ventures Private Limited (“Growth Camel”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What Growth Camel does

Growth Camel helps you research short-form content in your niche and produce your own. You point it at a public competitor account; it surfaces top-performing Reels, rewrites the ideas into fresh scripts in your voice, and can generate audio and talking-head video using a voice and likeness you provide. Outputs are a research-backed starting point, not a guarantee of any result, reach, or revenue.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your content and what you create

You retain ownership of the material you upload (including your voice sample and photo) and of the finished scripts, audio, and videos you generate (“Your Content”), subject to the rights of any underlying tools. You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the rights to the voice and likeness you upload, and consent to us processing them to generate content for you;
• the content you create and publish does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, impersonate any person, or violate any law or platform rule;
• you will review every output before publishing it — AI can be inaccurate, and you are solely responsible for what you post.

Growth Camel analyzes publicly available posts to identify what performs and rewrites the underlying ideas in your own words. It does not grant you any rights in third-party content, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of any inspiration is lawful and original.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break any law or third-party platform’s terms; create deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexual, or misleading content; impersonate others or clone a voice or likeness you don’t have the right to use; infringe intellectual property; scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its providers; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Plans, billing & changes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan features may change; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes. Some features consume metered resources (for example, generating audio or video). Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for voice synthesis, video generation, data, payments, and hosting). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their acts or omissions. See our Privacy Policy for the providers we work with.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Growth Camel and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You grant us the limited right to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, original, non-infringing, or that using the Service will produce any particular reach, engagement, or income. You use outputs at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing them before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Camel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Growth Camel harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including claims that content you created or published infringed a third party’s rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
